About Us

The Real Cake Baker carries a wide selection of the finest cakes, pies, cookies and a variety of desserts all made from scratch.

We use only the finest ingredients from farm fresh eggs, premium cream cheese, cake flour and sweet creamy butter to make our desserts the best in town. Our business is to make it fresh and make it from scratch. Our goal is to deliver or ship our products fresh to you. We don't make it until you order it!

 On May 4th 2007 Charlene (owner of The Real Cake Baker) entered her original recipe the Butter Pecan Caramel Cheesecake in a baking contest sponsored by the KTLA Morning News Show (channel 5) in Los Angeles, California and the movie "Waitress". Her recipe was chosen out of over 170 entries and she was victorious in winning the first place prize of $2,500 for this fabulous cheesecake.

Our Butter Pecan Caramel Cheesecake is our award winning cheesecake as seen on KTLA channel 5 news. This amazing cheesecake starts with a granola pecan crust topped with a layer of homemade caramel. The cheesecake consist of butter roasted pecans and our crunchy bits of homemade caramel and is topped with granola roasted pecans and caramel sauce.
